The workshops will support you to learn various relaxation exercises and stress busting techniques. They will incorporate Mindfulness through Yoga, movement, laughter workshops, Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation) and lots more...

Mindfulness through Singing and movement

Sandhya runs mindfulness through singing courses (no experience necessary). Based on Chloe Goodchild's work from the Naked Voice. Singing in a joyous way to let go and find your voice. Using simple energising exercises and movements including Sacred Chants and Mantras.

Sandhya and Jules share a mutual passion for bringing yoga and mindfulness into the community and nature, making it affordable, friendly, fun and a way of bringing people together.   Sessions are offered in the park over the summer and Timeout venue in the Winter
