Sandhya runs mindfulness through singing courses (no experience necessary). Based on Chloe Goodchild's work from the Naked Voice. Singing in a joyous way to let go and find your voice. Using simple energising exercises and movements including Sacred Chants and Mantras.
Sandhya and Jules share a mutual passion for bringing yoga and mindfulness into the community and nature, making it affordable, friendly, fun and a way of bringing people together. Sessions are offered in the park over the summer and Timeout venue in the Winter
