Thank you for showing interest in family, toddler and baby Hatha Yoga classes in Keynsham. Yoga is suitable all ages including babies (after 6 weeks or 8 weeks after caesarean) and children.
What to bring?
Please bring water, an exercise mat (if you have one), a blanket and pillow and wear comfortable clothing. Avoid eating a couple of hours before the class or eat lightly if you need to.
What happens in the class?
Babies are included in the mother and baby postnatal yoga classes: We start with warm ups, simple stretches, poses and massages that will help your flexibility and suppleness . Mother and baby postnatal yoga incorporates nursery rhymes and helps promote bonding with your baby. There is very minimal lifting of your baby.
What if my baby gets hungry?
You are welcome to stop and feed your baby in your class.
